Leadership in Maths
During today’s maths lesson, one of our Year 7 learners has shown great confidence by coming up to the board to model how to answer the questions. They carefully explained each step to the rest of the class, demonstrating their understanding and helping their peers see the correct method.
This not only supported the learning of others but also showed that the learner’s are growing independence and willingness to take on a leadership role in the classroom.
