Academy ICT Lesson
Year 7 learners have been engaging in Information Technology lessons. Learners were engrossed when asked to attach hardware they had been learning about to a motherboard and describing the function of each piece of hardware.
They also had the opportunity to examine old storage devices such as floppy discs and optical drives like CD ROM’s and have a discussion on how technology has advanced to modern day devices. One of our learners was taken by our old Blackberry mobile phone and how little storage we had available.
