Children’s Mental Health Week

This week is Children’s Mental Health Week – with the theme being “my voice matters.”
This
Children’s Mental Health Week we want all children and young people, whoever they are, and wherever they are in the world, to be able to say – and believe that their voice does matter and we all have the right to be heard.

This week is a perfect time to think about how we can use our voices to create the changes we want to see. Sometimes we can use our voices to make a big difference in the world, but equally important is the way we use our voices to make a difference in small, everyday ways. There have been voices that have previously been silenced so we need to make sure we make our voices heard and help those voices that aren’t being listened to.
