Types of Cells
Learners from Group 2 have been learning about the different types of cells. We have been using microscopes to analyse the different types of cells in animal and plant cells.
We discovered that leaf cells are arranged into what looks like bricks in a wall. They are different to animal cells as they contain vacuoles to help them stand up. Learners also discovered that leaves contain chloroplasts, which are used to give the cells energy through photosynthesis. Well done group 2!
