TANB Visit The Knife Angel
Trinity New Bridge took 10 students to HMS Calliope working with ‘Samanthas Legacy’ and to visit ‘The Knife Angel’
Samantha’s Legacy and Edge are workshops that are designed to raise the awareness of Knife Crime and the dangers around this, also sharing personal stories. The students behaved impeccably with a role model-like behaviour, mature attitudes and warmed the hearts of the team.
The young people were a credit to the school in a presentation and showed their respect with the statue displaying over 100,000 knives that have been confiscated as part of a police initiative across the country to reduce knife crime.
