Trinity Academy New Bridge | General Election

The Trinity New Bridge Academy General Election, was a roaring success today with a majority of students voting for their political party to run Great Britain, Dave Foley and Adrian Norton agreed that this would be a great learning experience for all students and have them being part of a democratic vote for whom they would like to see in power. The Election itself saw a run-up during the week in tutor time with staff explaining and holding discussions about what was to happen this was backed up with a presentation from Adrian Norton, that broke down each party and explained their manifestos. Results of this Election are as follows:

  1. Labour 55.1%
  2. LIb Dems 14.2%
  3. Conservatives 12.2%
  4. Green Party 10.2%
  5. Brexit Party 6.1%
