Today’s focus is on Jamie (Year 10) who is volunteering with the pastoral team focusing on being a peer mentor. Jamie has been a huge support to the team, showing a balance of assertiveness and kindness with pupils. Jamie said he is learning a lot from this role and understands his peers and staff more.
