To support our trauma-informed practice here at TANB, classrooms are making use of the wall space to include visual timetables.

Today New Bridge learners celebrated Remembrance Day within their tutor groups. 

In Maths, learners use learning ladders to help them to keep track of and take ownership of their learning. Children can see their current targets, their level and what they need to do in order to reach the next stage of their learning.

In English lessons, G3 have been working hard to develop their editing and proof-reading skills. Children were encouraged to read through their own writing to first try to notice any spelling or punctuation errors and then to have a think about how their work could be improved.  

Today in Enrichment our Food Technology group learners became budding chocolatiers and created their own chocolate inventions.

This term in Enrichment learners are focussing their food technology skills into a decorating technique known as sugar craft.
